For starters, my initial comment was a correction to someone who said
that the American people elected Bush.   It wasn't a red herring, or a
misleading generalization.  it was a startment of fact.  The majority
of the American People did not vote for Bush.  Not even the majority
of the voters voted for Bush.  He wasn't even elected by the system we
"have in place".  He was put in office by actions of the judiacy and
the election officials of Florida and Ohio.  I feel that is worthy of
discussion or at least of correction when the facts are blatently
misstated.
