you seem to be saying Voters elect an election winner All voters are American Therefore Bush (an election winner) was elected by all Americans. Negative. All voters are American (hopefully, as you said) but not all Americans are voters. Nor are all Americans who want to be voters able to be voters. Your logic can also be refuted by questioning whether elections as they are currently taking place in the US actually have anything at all to do with voters and votes.
