Back in 1994 though, wasn't the military still focussing on the "conventional" war idea, fought on battlefields by uniformed members of a state controlled army?
The strategy just seems really really strange. If you can drop a bomb full of pheremones on them, couldn't you just as easily drop a bomb full of napalm on them? On 6/13/06, C.
