That doesn't make it any less funny. You know I am sure several news anchors have said things like this in the past. Maybe not word for word.
I remember seeing one where the was give a stock report and said "The stock market took a big dump today" I don't doubt some female news anchor in Michigan asked where the 8 inches she was promised were.
