Now I have nothing to back this up but personally, I think it was the
Democratic party who figured the Clinton's would be better back in office in
2008 than the likes of Kerry when he could have only won with a few votes
against Bush who was already in deep waters. Then, the Democrats started
pulling funding and rigging ballets left and right.

Now in 2008 Democratic party comes back strong with Huge turnouts and puts
the republican party in the dirt for another 12 years, of which they pass
legislation that allows an X-Prez to go for office again and yup, Clinton's
win again...

Shit, I even built a website for the campaign.
