Went to a comic show here in Scranton and met a sweetheart of a local artist, Jime Grabowski.
I pick up an original work of hers, a "sexy robot" painting on card stock. Her prices were amazingly reasonable for original works. My wife and I are planning on either buying or commissioning her for some children's work for the kids rooms (she did an outstanding collection of "Alice in Wonderland" pieces but didn't have any at the show). What I've got to find now is a decent framing place here. I've got a small collection of original works but none are displayed because I've not framed them yet (up until we moved I just didn't have any wall-space).
