I am doing CCNA, which is 4 classes. Switches is the third and most difficult. As I understand it you do not HAVE to take the classes before you take the test, but it's highly recommended. Cisco questions are evil. Really evil. I say this as somoene who can generally pass a multiple choice test on anything at all, whether I know anything about the topic or not ;)
