yes, that is how I got through it. I suppose I could have reinstalled Office, but...I was able to open the documents in question with OpenOffice Write. I had not noticed Workbench though -- will check it out. Though I have my Gantt chart now.... Project did install just fine, it just trashed Word for some reason.
So far I have only looked at the word processor but I like what I see.
