Michael, Take a look at Turbo Squid (http://www.turbosquid.com) if you are serious about offering something like that for sale. We handle all of the file storage, distribution and ecommerce. You just post the document and give it a description. We send you a check every month you have sales. I'll even arrange a mention in our newsletter if you get a few papers posted. I'm going to put a login white paper online there for peer review pretty soon.
