The one compliant i had with them was their not open. So you just plug in the mystery box and it takes care of everything. There was another service i used which was open they gave you the router settings and everything else you need. It was about the same price as vonage and i had good luck. I forget the site i'll look when i get home from work. But vonage is the 300 pound gorilla so might as well use them i guess.
