I don't know... if I ever sank to doing that job I'd accept any distraction I could get. He probably had his whole boiler room listening in. Although I really think we need more accountability in these things... maybe a button on the phone that delivers a mild, but memorable, electric shock to the caller... Or maybe a "slap that bastard" button.
