Two things:

1) Check the CF mail logs at [cfusionmxroot]/logs and they should give a
reason for the failures.  (probably a permissions of SMTP restriction on the
Exchange server)

2) You will probably get a better (and faster) response by posting this on
cf-talk, not cf-community
