I've been using WinAce for years and love it.

It has superb right-click integration. You can define exactly what
right-click options you want and how you want them displayed (cascaded or
not, with icons or not, etc).

Supports all common formats ((zip, rar, ace, cab, iso, etc) and lots of
not-so-common ones (arj, lha, zoo, uuencode, binhex, and others). You can
also specify any of the compression formats as the default (you don't have
to use ace).

Nicely you can also set a default CPU priority.

Very nice and only $29: http://www.winace.com/

All that said I've really liked what Corel has done with their other
acquisitions so I'm keeping an eye on WinZip.
