yeah, it is, but less so is the concept of goals and measures.  If the
goal is a diminution of Hezbollah's military ability, then the
measures should be something like:

1.) Troop levels
2.) Weapons inventory
3.) Funding
4.) Public support/base of operations
5.) Number of attacks

So my questions is, after 2+ weeks of aerial bombardment, which of
these metrics are diminished?

I would offer these SWAGs:
1.) No change.
2.) Down, but replenishable.
3.) No change.
4.) Up.
5.) Up, and factually so.

So, we can quibble about a few of these, but based on the metrics I'd
say there's little progress and maybe regression.
