That isn't even similar to what's going on in Lebanon. Hezbollah is part of the government. The Israelis are going after infrastructure that supports Hezbollah operations. Israel is a very small country, they don't have the same defense budget we do. Shit, I've fired $75,000 anti-tank rockets, and called in $20,000 JDAMs. The Israeli's can't afford to do that, so they do what they can afford.
