if that is true then it is another example of the man's mastery of
deniability. As I recall -- and I can't specifically put this in Bush's
mouth, no -- the entire paradigm of the time was quick in, quick out, and
the oil revenues will pay for it all. In fact, at one point they were saying
they would not LET people help with the occupation because they had not
participated in the invasion.
