Having lived in his district for years, Rick Boucher is a really cool guy.
He was instrumental in the late 80's early 90's in getting the town of
Blacksburg, VA wired into the web. Basically he managed to get an experiment
set up that was one of the first efforts to set up an "Electronic Village".

If he's coming down against the DCMA then its time to trash the sucker.
