No, unless you attack her based on her race. On the other hand, attacking 
Israel is not an attack on a person but an attack on a country populated to 
the most part and associated in the most part with and by Jews. I'm actually 
glad for some of the anti-Semitism I'm seeing in Europe from comedians, 
newspapers and people. It's honest. I'm even glad if people say they're 
anti-Jewish, not anti-Semites (though the term has always been associated 
with Jews and never Arabs). Better fair and honest hate than the lie of "Oh, 
I love Jews but I hate Israelis". It's the same as saying "I love meat but I 
hate food".
