I know my local history pretty well.

But I still contend that those acts were not Terrorism.

They were genocide (or ethic cleansing) which is not terrorism.

As for the "concentration camps", that happened on both sides
(depending on where the front lines were.) Read a little about the
prison ships anchored in the Long Island Sound for a vivid example. Or
the quartering habits of mercenary troops. But I still wouldn't call
that terrorism. Excesses of war, maybe. Collective punishment, sure.
The British would call it "Bad form, old chap".
