Probably not, it doesn't rise to the level of high crimes and misdemenors. Also 
unless the Democrats are able to take both the house and the senate this 
November, I rather doubt that the Republicans will go after Shrub. Hell, even 
if he were caught holding the smoking gun over Kerry's dead body, while 
sexually assaulting Hillary Clinton, he wouldn't be impeached by his rubber 
stamp Republicans. Moreover I am willing to bet that if it does come down to 
being charged with violating the law in this case, some Republican flunky will 
volunteer to fall on his sword and take the hit.

Of course its a typical tactic of the current Republican party. Never attack 
the message, smear the messenger.
