Its not a draft since you're still eligible for service for several years after 
you leave active service. If you're specialty is critical then your period of 
eligibility is even longer. That said, I can just see all those rusty, out of 
shape and overweight ex-marines showing up for service in Iraq. Their 
performance is going to su^H^H um shine.
