Works ok from here, though the main website did respond *very* slowly
a few times - particularly when I clicked on "client extranet".  If I
were a less patient user I might have given up and thoguht the site
was down.  Usually once I'd gotten a page to load once though, it
responded quickly from there forward.

I'm in San Diego, but I don't think it's a connectivity issue, it
smells like an application issue to me.
