Apparently you guys all missed the point of my post. He is talking at the UN on International Talk Like a Pirate Day, which means he has to give his speech at the UN in pirate parlance.
I demand that he be barred from speaking unless he talks like a pirate! Call the Security Council and voice your opinion!
