therein lies the rub.  It's not the tennis fans than make ratings and 
"popularity", it's fringe fans.

The people who will tune in to watch Anna Kournikova.  (Does she still 
play?)

When I said Federer's dominance was damaging to the sport of tennis, 
that's what I meant... damaging to the worldwide interest in the game.
*yawn*  Why watch, Federer's gonna win again.
