>2.) Anti-Faith faction is just as bad as Faith based, many are worse
This is a big part of the problem the problem. 5 or 10 percent of the population represent the far right (faith based). 5 or 10 percent of the population represent the far left (anti-faith based). The rest of us are in the middle. Some more supportive of faith based initiatives than others, some more supportive of gay rights than others or just pick your subject, but over-all the majority of the population is somewhere in the middle. However, the current environment is to divide people into one of two camps, you are with us or against us mentality. You cannot question the current administration without having your patriotism called into question along with other personal attacks. Just like those who say you cannot be against the war and supportive of the troops. I disagree. I am in full support of the troops. They are putting their lives in harms way to protect our country and they do what they are told. They rely on their leaders to make intelligent, informed decisions before risking their lives. In this case our leadership has let them down. As I have said before, I supported the Republican ticket most of my life. And I still have core values that lean that direction. However, I am not supportive of the extreme right that currently dominates the republican party. I actually find their agenda more dangerous than what I think the left would be able to achieve if they suddenly found themselves in power. For one thing I don't think they would have control of both the executive and legislative branches. Therefore they would be kept in check. I am so disenfranchised by the current leadership that I actually hope they win again in November and in 2008 just so there is nobody else to blame for the mess they have created. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Introducing the Fusion Authority Quarterly Update. 80 pages of hard-hitting, up-to-date ColdFusion information by your peers, delivered to your door four times a year. http://www.fusionauthority.com/quarterly Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:215414 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
