You wanted a savior that reads more like an instruction manual huh? Step 1: Check to ensure that all parts have been delivered, and are in their proper place... And if the answer is: "he did, but through others" why do those others > so disagree? E.g., Matthew, Mark, and Luke greatly disagree with John > and that's just the canonized stuff. That's easy: the fallibility of human beings. If it was easy for everyone to just KNOW God, there wouldn't be much point in studying Him...and we certainly wouldn't be having this conversation. So who's contemplations on God are correct? Why not all of them? If it was truly God's gift to us that we can learn and reason and attempt to understand Him in our own way....why can't all of them be correct? I think religion sometimes gets too caught up in trying to discover the TRUE essence of God, when in fact we should be celebrating our own unique and diverse understandings. Hey, I'm almost preaching...didn't know I had it in me. -- "Ma Teresa joined the mob, and is happy with her full time job." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Introducing the Fusion Authority Quarterly Update. 80 pages of hard-hitting, up-to-date ColdFusion information by your peers, delivered to your door four times a year. http://www.fusionauthority.com/quarterly Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:215591 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
