I didn't claim he was hurting anyone. I said I didn't see evidence of harassment. Many people see drug use as a personal issue, victimless crime... but the key word there is crime. If you don't like the law, work on getting it changed, but in the mean time if Willie and his boys want to partake in illegal activities and get caught they should anticipate the consequences, such as a citation. I fail to see where citation for a violation is harassment. I have not seen anything from Willie claiming harassment. Just somebody here on forum.
