Don't forget to celebrate! I've been replacing nameplates outside of offices in my building with alternate spellings - "Snyder" becomes "Snyd-arrrrrrr". We also have these silly saftey signs in all the bathrooms about how not to burn your own house down. All those have been replaced by instructions on how to talk like a pirate.
