Old stuff, it was said after the last 2 major oil shortages. It will be said 
after the next few. The fact is that as a limited resource, its going to run 
out. Moreover what is out there is getting more and more difficult to get to. 
The Athebaska tar sands requires high oil prices to be profitable, same with 
teh new deep wells in the Gulf. So chances are oil prices are going to stay 
relatively high for the next while.
