Did you actually type that with a straight face? They have stated on more than one occasion that "if" they had them, Israel would be their target. On other occasions, they have said quite clearly that they want Israel destroyed. Not removed for another government, not joined with the Palestinians into a single country, destroyed.
Does this say strategic deterrent to you? It doesn't to me. It says war.
