You do that, the rest of us will keep on truckin'. I want them tried, I don't want them tried in US civil court. They ARE prisoners of war, as far as I'm concerned, I have no problem giving them Geneva protections and the whole nine yards. I would then try them in a military court, and then lock em up for eternity...or kill them outright.
