I think you're talking to Gruss. But since I am agreeing with him, I'll give you my answer which is that they should be tried by the authorities in the country where they committed the crime. They're managing to try Saddam Hussein and that poses a whole lot of security issues. Don't come tell me they can't manage to try a fifteen-year-old who shot a soldier or someone accused of making a propaganda video.
