But yes, it's tough being a woman in this society and not fitting this warped idea of beauty. What's frustrating for me as well is how many men are turned off by a woman like me that is intelligent and speaks her mind. They are often very intimidated if a woman went to college if they didn't, or makes more than they do, etc. etc. they just want someone to look pretty and go along with whatever they say. Not all guys...but a lot. I also get a kick out of how many guys are hung up on finding a woman that is into all the same activities as they are...sports, cars, camping, etc. I always joke and say I'll be glad to go to a car show if they come to a craft show with me. ;-)
