Yup, that's what it says, but it's not for liberals, it's for himself.

You have to go back to his psychology: he's a faith-based
non-consensus guy.  He pushes forward despite facts or resistance and
has faith than when he gets to the other side it'll be the right one.

This is why Rumsfeld is still in place, why we're "staying the course"
in Iraq, why spending is crazy high, and why Powell is no longer part
of the team.

The massive failure of that decision making progress is why nothing of
value gets done until you get Bush's team out of the way and get smart
people together to solve the problems.  The 9/11 commission for
example, and Jim Baker's Iraq panel now.
