The snippet you gave us doesn't mention any details about HOW the
"intelligence" is supposedly induced into these documents in order to make
them affective.

I mean..if they have some new-wave method that magically turns an ordinary
sales pitch into a can't fail money maker...that's one thing. But otherwise,
I don't see the value.
