Naw - it'll run just about anything flat and shiny. The full list is pretty
intimidating:

side), DualDisc (DVD side)

I've no idea about the WWF... but the article is just plain wrong about the
other things. EA is heavily onboard - they've announced thirty titles, 10
of which will be done by March.

EA says: "Over the course of the next 18 months, EA will roll out
groundbreaking new original properties and spectacular new versions of
perennial hits that will further maximize the power of the PlayStation 3's
unique cell processor and outstanding blu-ray disk capacity."

I'm still playing... I don't think I'll ever be able to stop. ;^) 140
hours in and I've seen less than half the game!

(I really should have gotten it on the PC instead of the 360 - it's easier
to get PC time in my house than TV time.)

The sigil stones can be used for basic crafting - but not, annoyingly, to
add powers/abilities to already enchanted items. You have to go into the
menu and "activate" the stone (like you would a repair hammer for example).
You'll get a little menu - each stone has an offensive option (for weapons)
and a defensive option (for clothing/armor).

Add an appropriate item (which needs to be a normal, no magic item), give
your new doohickey a name (you have to do this or you can't continue) and
press "create".

The items made are good, but nothing spectacular. There are a few good
ones, like "Light", "Feather" and enhance Luck, but they tend to be rare.

As a side note if you want to drive yourself looking you can save right
before you touch the sigil stone then grab it. When the screen says (for
example) "Transcendent Stone Added" you can immediately go to your inventory
and see what it is (you don't have to wait until you "get outside"). If you
don't like it you can reload from there and try again - the type of stone is
decided the instant you grab it.

The best online resource for Oblivion, I think, is here:

Here's the page on Sigil Stones:

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Sigil_Stone

Another really nifty resource is this:

http://til.gamingsource.net/

It contains the text of nearly every book in the game (actually all the
games). So if you, like me, find it annoying to read off the TV screen when
you could be knocking heads you can read the books (many of which are quite
good) whenever you like.

Now all I have to do is wean myself off of this game... probably just in
time for "Final Fantasy XII" to suck up what's left of my weak, weak soul.
