So, yeah, I'd take 4x less spending. Further, democratic control doesn't pass bills - Bush would have to find that veto pen he's misplaced for the last 6 years. So, nope, not scared about spending at all. Republicans have proven to be the worst of all possible worlds: they cut revenue AND increase spending. They borrow and spend.
