I'll agree with you there. It does seem like small potatoes compared to Abramoff or defining oil as "not a source of pollution." However, if he broke the law, he broke the law, and ignorance is not an excuse. So I say vote him out, or the resemblance to the people on the other side who are wiling to set the Constitution asside for the benefit of partisan gain is a little too close for comfort in my opinion.
