it may depend on the branch. I really live the one that my account is at, but the one that is closer to my house now that I have moved infuriates me on a regular basis. Once they made me go out to my car and get my registration because their own debit card with a picture on it was not enough for them.
Just recently I lost a card for my main personal account and they insisted, when they re-ordered it, that it was impossible to make it access all of the accounts. No matter that the one it was replacing in fact did. Definitely did, no question. I transferred money with it all the time. This got all the way to the branch manager, and she was still saying the same thing.....finally I said just send me the new card and i'll take it by the branch where they know what they are doing to get the other accounts added.
