Hate to hijack Yves' thread, but you asked :)

Well...I'm still running sugarislands.com and the Architecture company I
mentioned a while ago.

Sugarislands is doing well, still operating on a word of mouth basis but I'm
getting clients.

Re-did Carnival Tribe: www.carnivaltribe.com , did a small community type site
for a friend of mine www.schoolsoccernet.com. It's got a high user rate and
getting good coverage locally.

And have the Architecture Association in Trinidad's website to do as well,
http://www.sugarislands.com/concepts/ttia

Those are keeping my busy web-wise.

I need a Copywriter though, if you know of anyone you could send them our
way,contract work :)

On the other front, I got my Project Management certificate, so I'm now
certified to do what I've been doing for the last year or two. Project Managing
a four building project is a bit intensive as you might imagine, and it's the
largest interior architecture project of its kind in the Caribbean, but we're
moving along well.

We are partnered with US and German firms and the shared experience and
methodology really helps. Our local staff has grown to ten people, and the
total team working on the project is about 20, and my position makes me more or
less responsible for managing it all. It's challenging and quite exciting, but
the stakes are very high so there's little room for error on anyone's part.

So what have you been up to?
