Good TV is hard to write, hard to maintain and hard to find an audience for.

It happens, but it is rare.

And then there's the trouble of what defines "good"

Good for ratings? Good for sponsors? Good entertainment? Good for your brain?

BSG and Lost are Good TV for me, but for different reasons.
So are Curb Your Enthusiasm and Family Guy. Again, for different reasons.
