In my apartment (2nd floor, keyed building entrance), I had about 30
kids tonight.

And my sister's neighborhood had a couple hundred kids.

And, at my mother's summer campground, they had a halloween party on
Oct 15th, and there were probably 40 kids dressed up then, and went
trick-or-treating around the campground in costume.

Alive and healthy here on the east coast.
