i've heard zillow's not all that accurate as far as values go (values they display are generally unrealistically high).
for example, it has my house in Jax (which I'm still trying to sell) estimated at $222,408. I've had it on the market for 2 months now at $188,900 and haven't gotten much interest at all :\ (http://www.zillow.com/HomeDetails.htm?city=Jacksonville&state=FL&zprop=44549753 if anyone wants to buy a $222k home for $189k, lemme know) :D On 11/3/06, Dana <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > that was highly educational..... home values have gone up a lot in my > area apparently. > > On 11/3/06, Zaphod Beeblebrox <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > I think this has been passed around, but www.zillow.com will show you > > your house value, along with a pretty nice birdseye view of your home. > > > > The imagery is pretty new for some areas, unfortunately it still shows > > a field where my house is. > > > > > > -- > > "And if the cloud bursts thunder in your ear, you shout and no one > > seems to hear, and if the band your in starts playing different tunes, > > I'll see you on the dark side of the moon" > > > > > > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Introducing the Fusion Authority Quarterly Update. 80 pages of hard-hitting, up-to-date ColdFusion information by your peers, delivered to your door four times a year. http://www.fusionauthority.com/quarterly Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:219405 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
