I would, but the Homeowner's Assn doesn't allow that.
Actually, before we left Jax i had a cash offer on the table from a
guy who wanted to buy it and rent 2 of the rooms out to his friends.
HOA told him he couldn't do that. So the deal fell thru.
I really hate HOAs.
