Its an interesting campaign. The British won, barely but both sides lost their 
commanders. The Brits then settled in for a very miserable winter. A few months 
later the French came back and repeated the entire battle, this time with the 
positions reversed, and won the second battle for the Plains of Abraham. after 
starting the siege they would have retaken Ville de Quebec, except that the 
British won the race and were able to put a fleet into the St. Laurence just 
after the breakup. The French surrendered the rest of Quebec about a couple of 
weeks later.
