Except for one thing. This is the second time this issue has come out. When the 
documents were originally posted on the internet, the same concerns were 
raised. As it turned out the so-called plans had been on the web for years, and 
the Iraqi government had simply downloaded the document.

Some big revelation. It seems like a lame attempt to bring up an old issue as a 
way of influencing the election.
