The Republicans are all over the "morality" issues- sex, abortion, drugs and prayer in schools. The Democrats are all over the "social responsility" issues- eating right, not smoking (although apparently a little grass is OK, just no tobacco, please), recycling, being "green", etc. Both parties are determined to make some aspect of your life a living hell if they are left unchecked.
