Awesome set of tools.
I would specifically suggest their package that includes all their controls 
(.net) for Win/Web form apps. Called DXperience Enterprise:

Not affiliated, just a satisfied customer for many years.  Would also love to 
see these components take over Infragistics, which I think is totally overrated 
(imo), in the corporate environment.
Plus Refactor! and CodeRush are 2 pretty cool add-ons for Visual Studio .NET.
