oh my, Sam is defending Larry. Must write that down. But yes, Gruss is correct in his interpretation of what I mean. I mean, I look and I see that the cause of the rolling blackouts was a regulated sale price and a deregulated purchase price. And I see that deregulation was Pete Wilson's project.
