Welcome to most of my working days. I'm trying to get into concentrating on work by doing something that is related to the work, but is really totally useless. For example, I need to finish redoing the FAQU pages and checkout section and I just can't get moving. To get me into the 'mood', I've rewritten the checkout.cfc component that's out there into something that is much cleaner, tighter and better documented (I didn't like the original code anyway). This was getting me into the 'zone' till Judith snuck up on me to give me a kiss and almost gave me a heart attack. :)
Try doing something 'close' to the work and see if that helps.
